Hippocrates Soup
This soup is one of the foundations of the Gerson diet, and is thought to be particularly healing and nourishing. It is made without salt, though you may wish to add some if not following the diet strictly. In addition, spices that are high in aromatic acids and considered likely to counteract the healing reaction are omitted.

Green Monster Soup
This soup is great for detoxing! It's comforting, delicious, healthy and hearty. Feel free to add or skip green vegetables to suit your taste, it'll taste wonderful no matter what.

Curry Laksa (Vegan)
This hearty, spicy coconut soup is real favorite, some say it's the best soup in the world! Feel free to change out the vegetables and tofu to your liking.

Tom Yam Soup (Vegan)
This spicy, hot, sour soup - perfect for clearing sinuses and banishing a cold - is often served as an appetizer. There are many variations of this soup throughout Asia. Other vegetables, tofu or tempeh can be added, as you wish.

Thai Coconut Curry (Raw)
This quick, incredibly delicious recipe is from Iceland’s Sigur Ross musicians and raw food enthusiasts Jonsi and Alex.

Japanese Style Curry Stew
Utilizing vegetables cooked ahead of time or even leftover vegetables, this quick stew will be ready to eat in 30 minutes or less! Recipe adapted from Vegetarian Times.

Roasted Tomato Bisque
This simple soup is warming and delicious. Serve with ‘Cheesy’ Vegan Crackers for a flavorful meal.

Chilled Cucumber Soup
Cucumbers are a classic detoxing ingredient. It’s naturally hydrating and akalizing properties are great for your skin, hair, and kidneys.

Classic Mineral Broth
This nutritious broth is best taken hot and can be enjoyed throughout the
day. Chop the vegetables into 2-3” pieces. The strained vegetables can
be pureed and used in warm cereals, sauces, blended with nut butters, or added to muffin and quick bread batters.

Sweet Vegetable Broth
This delicious broth satisfies our desire for sweet taste in a light and nourishing way. Drink often to satisfy sweet cravings.
