
Ginger Lemon Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 1 teaspoon Spike seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 4 Tablespoons honey
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1½ cups vegan mayonnaise
Instructions
- Blend everything until smooth, then refrigerate.
- Use on your favorite green salad. Some suggested greens are: red leaf lettuce, arugula, alfalfa sprouts, romaine lettuce or gourmet salad mix. Enjoy!
