- 3½ Tablespoons Ener-G™ egg replacer powder
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup milk
- Whole-grain bread
- Whisk together first five ingredients in a bowl.
- Heat skillet to medium-high and add oil or nonstick cooking spray.
- Dip bread into batter mixture.
- Place on skillet and fry both sides until golden brown.
