Apple & Mango Jam

This jam is perfect for Fall. The spices combine perfectly with apple and mango.

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds apples, peeled, cored, and pureed
  • 1 pound mango peeled and diced
  • 2 cups raw cane sugar
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon cloves
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
Instructions
  1. Place puréed apples into a saucepan and add the sugar, lemon, cinnamon, vanilla and cloves.
  2. Bring to a boil over med-high heat, stirring often.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer, still stirring, until purée thickens and holds its shape on a spoon
  4. Let cool and store in mason jar for up to 1 week.
