Asian Quinoa recipe from Down to Earth Organic and Natural.

Ingredients
  • 4 cups cooked quinoa, cooled
  • ¼ cup shredded red cabbage
  • ¼ cup diced red bell pepper
  • ¼ cup shredded carrots
  • ¼ cup corn
  • ¼ cup peas
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions

Dressing

  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2½ Tablespoons shoyu
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 Tablespoon white miso
  • 2 Tablespoons agave

Special Materials: High Power Blender

Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all salad ingredients.
  2. In a high power blender, blend all Dressing ingredients until well combined.
  3. Pour Dressing over salad and toss to combine. Serve and enjoy!
