Maple Baked Squash

Maple Baked Squash recipe from Down to Earth Organic and Natural.
  • 8 cups butternut squash, cut into 1" wedges
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Combine maple syrup, olive oil, rosemary and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Add squash and toss well until each piece is thoroughly coated.
  4. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes. Turn each piece over and bake for another 15 minutes or until squash is tender. Enjoy!
