Fresh Fruit Parfait

A great light breakfast or snack that makes use of Hawaii's abundant local fruits!
Yield
2-3 Servings
Ingredients
- 2 cups Summer Fruit Salad, divided
- 1 cup yogurt or ice cream of choice
- 1 cup granola of choice
Instructions
- Add fruit salad ingredients to a large bowl. Toss gently and let stand in fridge until ready to make parfaits.
- In pretty glass bowls or mason jars layer fruit, granola and yogurt or ice cream in multiple layers. Serve immediately and enjoy on your lanai!
