Raw Cashew Milk recipe from Down to Earth Organic and Natural.

3 1/2 cups
Ingredients
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 4 cups purified water
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp. agave
  • Cheesecloth
Instructions
  1. Soak almonds for at least 5 hours or overnight.
  2. Drain and rinse almonds.
  3. Place in blender and add 4 cups purified water.
  4. Blend, starting low to high.
  5. Pour milk through cheesecloth into a pitcher to remove the almond meal.
  6. Wisk in the vanilla and agave.

Best served cold!
