Garlic Mashed Cauliflower Recipe from Down to Earth Organic and Natural

Ingredients
  • 2 heads cauliflower
  • 1 bulb garlic, roasted
  • 3 Tablespoons vegan butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Steam cauliflower until soft and let cool.
  2. Drain off all water from cauliflower. Place in a food processor and blend with roasted garlic and vegan butter. Blend until creamy and well combined.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve and enjoy!
