Raw Vegan Whipped Cream

Raw Vegan Whipped Cream recipe from Down to Earth Organic and Natural.
Yield
½ cup – 1 cup whipped cream
Ingredients
- 1½ cup cashews, soaked 1-2 hours
- ½ cup orange juice
- 2 Tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 drops almond extract* (optional)
*Not considered a raw product
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until mixture becomes light and fluffy.
- Mixture will be thick, so you may need to scrape the sides a few times with a spatula.
- Top your favorite desserts (raw or not) with this wonderfully light topping. Enjoy!
