Raw Nog

This is an excellent vegetarian alternative to the Holiday favorite Eggnog. Wow your friends and family with this simple, healthy, and delicious version.

Ingredients
4 cups almond milk
1/3 cup dates- soaked 1 hour
½ cup almonds- soaked 1 hour
1 banana
¼ cup agave
1 teaspoon vanilla extract*
1 teaspoon imitation rum extract*
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
¼ teaspoon allspice
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
*Not a raw ingredient
Special Materials: Blender
Instructions
- Place almond milk, dates, almonds, banana, agave, vanilla extract, imitation rum extract, and spices in a blender.
- Blend until all ingredients are smooth and creamy.
- Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 2 days.
