Warm Rosemary Dressing

Serve with your favorite salads or even drizzled on top of falafels!

½ - 3/4 Cup
Ingredients
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons finely chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 Tablespoon agave nectar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, rosemary and agave. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Place in a small saucepan and heat gently.
- Pour salad dressing over a Greek style salad or falafels in warm pita bread. Reserve any remaining dressing in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Enjoy!
