Cashew Cilantro Cheeze

This recipe was created by Ani Phyo, a raw food chef and writer. This cheeze is great on sandwiches or in wraps.

Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 1 cup cashews
- 2-3 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves
- ¼ cup water
Instructions
- Grind the garlic and salt in a food processor until fine.
- Add remaining ingredients, except water, and blend until smooth. Add water as necessary for texture. Cheeze should be firm but smooth.
- Serve immediately with chips or store in the fridge for up to a week. Enjoy!
