Down to Earth Kailua is offering a $500 hiring bonus —$250 paid after 3 months (passing orientation period) and $250 paid after 1 year (meets job evaluation or higher).

Responsibilities
All Team Members are expected to assist customers in a friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient way. Deli Clerks additionally assist customers by preparing espresso drinks, teas, juices, smoothies, and sandwiches as they're ordered. Counter clerks additionally assist with registers and cash handling.
Shifts
Flexible availability needed, with the ability to work nights and weekends.
Qualifications
Applicants should have at least 6 months of retail/food service experience. Light food prep experience, knife skills, and knowledge about vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free diets desired but we're willing to train if you can provide excellent customer service. Successful applicants will be supportive of a vegetarian lifestyle and have an outgoing customer- and team-oriented personality.

Starting Pay Range
$16.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and education. Evaluations (with potential generous raises) are once per year.
