Maple Baked Squash
Maple Baked Squash recipe from Down to Earth Organic and Natural.
- 8 cups butternut squash, cut into 1" wedges
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Combine maple syrup, olive oil, rosemary and salt in a large bowl.
- Add squash and toss well until each piece is thoroughly coated.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes. Turn each piece over and bake for another 15 minutes or until squash is tender. Enjoy!
