Mango Gelato

Ingredients: 
  • 3 cups chopped fresh mango
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1½ cups half and half or soy cream half and half
Instructions: 
  1. Blend mango and maple syrup in food processor or blender.
  2. Add half and half and process until smooth.
  3. Pour mixture into a stainless steel bowl or pot. Freeze for 12 hours or until set. Serve and enjoy!
